World Series Champs!
JoyOur home team won the 2009 World Series!!! Yay! The New York Yankees also made a little bit of history by winning it in their first season at the newly-built Yankee Stadium, which is right across the street from the old one. It's been an interesting postseason, lucky fans were allowed in free to the Stadium to watch the game on the stadium's massive big screen on Game 4, which the Yankees won 7-4 after what seemed to be a huge catch-up race at the start. I went out yesterday and also bought me a stylish new Yankees cap. It's so pretty...
